By making a payment or subscribing to a plan, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Public Offer Agreement.

2. Prices and Plans
   Current prices, subscription plans, access duration, and included features are published on the website.

The operator reserves the right to change prices and plans at any time. Changes do not affect already paid periods.

3. Payment Methods
   Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers.

The website does not store bank card details or payment credentials.

4. Moment of Payment
   A payment is considered completed when the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Access to paid services is granted after successful payment confirmation.

5. Subscriptions
   Some services are provided on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions may be:

• One-time access

• Time-limited access

• Automatically renewing subscriptions

Subscription details are displayed before payment.

6. Automatic Renewal
   If automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription will renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by the user in advance.

The renewal fee is charged automatically using the selected payment method.

7. Cancellation
   The user may cancel an active subscription through the account interface or contact details provided on the website.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not affect access already granted for the paid period.

8. Failed Payments
   If a payment or renewal attempt fails, access to paid services may be suspended until payment is completed.

The operator is not responsible for failures caused by banks or payment providers.

9. Taxes

10. Refunds
