No, and honestly: nobody can guarantee a visa. The decision is made by a consular officer based on a full document package and interview. We show a risk profile and factors that typically strengthen or weaken an application.
No. The assessment is based only on your answers in the questionnaire: selects, ranges, simple questions. We do not request passport scans, bank statements, photos or other documents.
Yes. On paid plans you can save profiles, compare scenarios ("what if I change jobs / travel longer / add a sponsor") and return to your assessment as many times as you need.
After a refusal, it is especially useful to understand what looked weak in your profile. We will analyze factors and show what is reasonable to improve before reapplying. Note: we do not contest embassy decisions or file appeals.
We do not request passport data, tax IDs, or photos. Connection is via HTTPS. Survey answers are stored in an encrypted database. We do not share information with third parties or use it for marketing.
Yes. If we cannot deliver the result for a technical reason, you get a full refund within 7 days. Write to support@getvisa.kz and we'll reply within one business day.
We don't submit documents for you and don't give "approval guarantees" (which don't exist). We are a self-check tool: we show where your weak spots are and provide a structured checklist. Plus: we cost 20-50 times less than a typical agent.
The service is designed for adults (18+). For minors (schoolchildren, student visas for school programs), the assessment can be run on behalf of a parent by marking the appropriate status in the questionnaire. Age is factored separately.
Kaspi (payment via Kaspi.kz, recommended for Kazakhstan), Visa/Mastercard bank card via secure Plexy processing. Receipts and closing documents are sent by email.
Consular decisions are not reliably probabilistic for an individual. Showing "75%" would be false precision. We show a risk range (low / medium / elevated / high) and the factors that have the greatest impact.

By several indicators: average monthly income relative to trip cost, stability of deposits over 3-6 months, property ownership, debt load (if specified), presence of a sponsor. We don't verify numbers — the result depends on the honesty of your answers.
The service is oriented toward Kazakhstan citizens but also suits Kazakhstan residence permit holders. Specify your actual citizenship in the questionnaire — it is an important factor. The assessment works for citizens of Russia, Belarus and other countries too, but accuracy is lower since profiles differ significantly.
