Description
The Skilled Worker Visa replaced the Tier 2 (General) visa. It allows foreign nationals with a confirmed job offer from a licensed UK employer to live and work in the UK.
The job must meet minimum skill and salary thresholds. After 5 years, holders can apply for indefinite leave to remain (settlement).
