Description
The Subclass 482 visa (TSS) allows employers to sponsor foreign workers when they cannot find an Australian worker. It has Short-term (up to 2 years) and Medium-term (up to 4 years) streams.
Medium-term stream holders can apply for permanent residence after 3 years. The occupation must be on the relevant skilled occupation list.
